These terms and conditions are established to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all travelers booking with My Travel World Pty Ltd. Please read them carefully as they outline important details regarding your booking, payments, and travel responsibilities.

At My Travel World Pty Ltd, your safety and peace of mind are our priorities. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note:

• Without travel insurance, travelers will be personally liable for any medical, hospitalization, or associated costs incurred while traveling.
• Our experienced staff can recommend travel insurance providers and policies suited to your specific trip and individual needs.

By proceeding without travel insurance, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all risks and associated costs.

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure all required travel documents are in order. This includes:

• Ensuring your passport is valid for a minimum of six (6) months beyond your return travel date.
• Confirming and securing any necessary visas or entry permits for your destination(s).
• Checking transit visa requirements for countries where layovers occur.

My Travel World Pty Ltd can provide guidance on where to access up-to-date visa information. However, the traveler is fully responsible for contacting the relevant consulates or embassies to verify visa requirements and obtain the appropriate documentation.

Your health and safety are paramount when traveling. It is your responsibility to:

• Check the health requirements for your destination, including any mandatory vaccinations or preventive medications.
• Consult a qualified medical professional or travel vaccination clinic at least 6-8 weeks before departure to discuss potential health precautions.
• Review any travel advisories or updates regarding health risks for your intended destination.

My Travel World Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for health-related issues arising from non-compliance with vaccination or health recommendations.

To secure your booking, timely payment is essential. The terms are as follows:

• All bookings must be paid in full by the deadline specified by your My Travel World Pty Ltd agent.
• If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking will be automatically canceled without further notice.
• Payment methods and deadlines will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
• For group bookings or special packages, a deposit may be required, with the balance payable by the agreed deadline.

If a payment plan is arranged, strict adherence to the schedule is required. Any missed payments may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposits paid.

• Prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is received.
• Any changes or cancellations made after booking may incur fees, which will be communicated by your agent.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider and My Travel World Pty Ltd.
